Entrepreneurs’ Organization was started in 1987, by a group of entrepreneurs who sought to accelerate their own growth and that of their peers. They did so by nurturing a safe and trustworthy environment for entrepreneurs to share their ambitions, victories and failures in; in order to gain a holistic perspective on life and achieve their dreams.

Presenting EO FORUMS…

One of the most spectacular features and benefits of EO is its uniquely designed FORUMS. Forums are curated groups of members comprising seven to ten individuals, each from varying professional backgrounds, thereby avoiding unnecessary conflict and competition.

Joining a Forum

Finding the right mix and number of people for each forum is crucial and requires considerable deliberation and thought. This is where your chapter’s forum chair comes in. On expressing your interest to join a forum, your forum chair will get to know you and your professional background, requirements and goals better. He and his team will then try to place you in a forum that is the right mix for you, ensuring that you benefit, contribute and grow along with your peers.

How They Work

Held once a month, each forum session is guided by a member who has been trained to be the Forum Moderator. They ensure that the discussions remain productive and help you excel and optimally utilize your whole potential.

What’s most important to note, is that these forums are not meant to give you advice! Here you share your insights and experiences with fellow members and equip them with the knowledge and the support required to take their own calculated decisions in their personal and professional lives.

Why they Work

Forums offer a safe and non judgmental environment with a particular emphasis on confidentiality, personal responsibility, and the sharing of lessons learned.

What this means is that you can share information regarding your personal and professional life, within the forum and be rest assured that your privacy will be respected.

You are empowered to make your own decisions by learning from the experiences of others. But at the same time you are also made to take onus for those decisions.

Here, each member is rooting for your growth and success; as you are for theirs! Where all victories and milestones achieved are celebrated; the failures are openly discussed as well- so that valuable lessons from them can be learnt by all.
